We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not we offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) for any items provided they are returned to us within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.

Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs.

We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.
